Who we are
Moka Solutions is the brand under which two independent Italian developers publish their apps. It is only a brand — not a company or any other legal entity. Legally we are two self-employed individuals, each with our own Italian VAT number (partita IVA), who collaborate on the apps. These documents apply to both of us and to every app we publish under the Moka Solutions brand, starting with Espresso.

Write to us at support@mokasolutions.dev for support, licences, refunds and privacy requests. A person reads every message — there are two of us, and we answer ourselves.
Our commitments, in plain words
- Your files stay yours. Our apps work on your device. We don't upload your files, your searches or how you use the app.
- No tracking. No analytics, no advertising, no profiling, no data sales — in our apps and on our websites. This site sets no cookies.
- Only what is needed. Our servers receive data only to sell and activate licences, to run trials, to deliver updates and to answer you. Each case is listed in the Privacy Policy.
- Fair to consumers. You can get your money back within 14 days of buying a licence, whatever the reason. Your statutory rights as a consumer always come first.

Product documents
Each app may add a short page with the rules specific to it (editions, trials, what it sends over the network). Where a product page and a general document differ, the product page applies to that product.

Language and versions
These documents are written in English. If you would like an Italian translation, write to us and we will send one; in case of doubt, mandatory consumer protection in your language and country always applies. Every document shows its version and the date it took effect; we keep previous versions and send them on request.
