Moka Solutions is a brand, not a company
"Moka Solutions" is only a brand: the shared name under which [Person 1: full name] (VAT no. [Person 1: VAT number]) and [Person 2: full name] (VAT no. [Person 2: VAT number]) publish their apps. Moka Solutions is not a company, a partnership, an association or any other legal entity: it has no legal personality, no registered office, no VAT number and no tax code of its own, and it is not registered with the Companies Register.
Legally, there are just two self-employed individuals, each with their own Italian VAT number (partita IVA), who collaborate on the apps, websites and online services published under the brand (for example Espresso and espressoformac.com). When our documents say "Moka Solutions", "we", "us" or "our", they refer to the two of us, the individuals named below — never to a separate entity.
This notice provides the information required by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (implementing the EU e-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC), by art. 35 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/1972 (VAT number on websites) and by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).

Both addresses reach both of us. We usually reply within two working days, and always within the time limits set by law (for example one month for privacy requests).
Responsibility for content
The two of us are responsible for the content of mokasolutions.dev and of the websites of our products. We check links to other sites when we add them, but we are not responsible for the content of sites we don't run.
Hosting
Our websites and online services are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The full list of providers is on the Service providers page.
Sales
When you buy a licence on our websites, the seller is our reseller (merchant of record), not us directly. Today that is Armitage Labs OÜ ("Creem"), Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16977866. Apps bought on an app store are sold by that store. See the Terms of Sale & Refunds.
Consumer disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems are solved in a message or two.
The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so there is no longer an ODR link to show. We are not obliged to, and do not commit in advance to, take part in proceedings before an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, but we will consider any proposal in good faith. Consumers in the EU can get free help from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and always keep the right to go to court as described in our Terms of Service.
Trademarks
"Moka Solutions", "Espresso", our app names and our icons identify our products. They are not registered trademarks at present; please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't. Apple, Mac, macOS, Finder, App Store and other Apple product names are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Other names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or with any maker of moka pots.
